In this video tutorial I teach you how to make quilted, insulated and fully lined oven mitts. These are a great scrap buster project because the don’t require much fabric. These oven mitts would make a great gift or stocking stuffer. Once you get the hang of it I bet you will make tons of these. They don’t take long at all and I encourage you to give the random stitching lines a go! It’s fun, freeing and low stress. No need for perfection in this project. Even with minor mistakes it will be fully functional and sure to be a hit in any kitchen.

The coating Microsoft puts on the Mouse like the Wireless Intellimouse Explorer 2.0 seems to degrade and cause the black rubbery surface to become sticky. I’ve searched the internet and the only true solution to fixing this annoying problem is to sand the sticky residue from the black rubber coating. The mouse will look slightly scuffed on the black parts but at least it will never feel sticky again.
BTW: My mouse is only 1 year old before the problem started to happen.
